Ethiopian cuisine characteristically consists of spicy vegetable and meat dishes. Ethiopians eat with their right hands, using pieces of ‘injera’, which is like a large sourdough flatbread, to pick up bites of entrĂ©es and side dishes.
Since utensils are rarely used with Ethiopian cuisine it is not a first date meal!!! The food was pretty good but I was more fascinated by looking around the restaurant and seeing a bunch of grownups eating with their hands. AWESOME!
