George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln…Embarrassing as it is I just learned whose heads were on this National Memorial. I knew that it existed and new it was in South Dakota but coming up with the names took two girls longer than it should have!
All in all Mount Rushmore was pretty cool. A bunch of faces carved into some granite doesn’t sound like it wouldn’t be too fascinating but when you see the size of these things and realize that just their snouts are about 11 feet long it becomes a little bit more stimulating.
