Cineoplis -Day 101
4:28 PM

Don't take every date there because its a little on the pricey side but at least take the cute ones once or twice... its worth it!
CINEOPLIS- a movie theatre with recline able leather chairs, a button to push when you want service including an adult menu to choose an alcoholic beverage from. Even the desserts were pretty good.
You can even pick, reserve and pay for your seats online!

STACKED - Day 100
4:15 PM

Pretty neat idea- STACKED a new semi-fast food restaurant in the Fashion Valley mall. You sit down like any other normal restaurant but instead of placing an order with a server, you order though an ipad where you physically drag the items you want and don't want on to or off your salad, hamburger or pizza. You even pay for your meal right there on the ipad. APPLE really is taking over!

Helicopter Ride - Day 99
4:00 PM

Wow- No seriously WOW, what an experience. This is definitely in the top three of this year!

It's nothing like flying in a plane. Its exciting, fun, a little cold and, a little scary. We flew up and down the coast, from Carlsbad to La Jolla and then over all the fancy homes in Rancho Santa Fe. The weather was beautiful, the sky was clear and my heart was racing.

My favorite part had to be when we flew over the ocean and got as close as we could to the white wash. For a moment i thought we were going to skim the top of it.

My helicopter pilot let me take the stick for a minute or two and its pretty tricky to try and fly one of these things....and hovering in attempt to land is even harder. Ill stick to driving cause we all know I'm better at that! wink wink :)

Human Kite - Day 98
3:02 PM

Sure ill get in a harness with a parachute attached to it, on the beach, while the winds are the strongest they have ever been in San Diego and let you fly me as a human kite.. why not??

The parachute is very difficult to maneuver. As soon as you think you got a grip of it, the wind dies out or switches directions and there you go face first into the sand. Never eaten this much sand in my life, but totally worth it. I'm not as aerodynamic or flyable as i hoped but it was fun trying!

Grape Leaves - Day 97
2:36 PM

A stuffed grape leave is an Arab dish made with ground lamb and rice. Also called "Dolma"-Dolma is a Turkish verb dolmak, 'to be stuffed', and means 'stuffed thing'

The definition fails to mention the slimy texture and really awkward taste these things have-Just look at them... Lumpia gone wrong if you ask me! Although this was not one of the worst things i have swallowed this year i think i will save my calories for something a little more tasteful.

Prep Kitchen - Day 95
1:57 PM

As most of you know Little Italy has become my home-away from-home, I eat and sleep there most nights. One of the many resturants we have come to really enjoy is The Prep Kitchen. Not only are the entrees delicious but sharable as well. They also have really good sangria and delicious small bite apatizers.
The atmosphere is nice, there is a dinner side and a "bar" side where it's cafateria free seating style tables, which most resturants are doing now.
I highly recommend this place-
