Paddle Boarding was an interesting form of exercise. Because of the full body and core workout this activity provides you it’s supposedly to be like Yoga on the water. AND I wouldn’t disagree, this was definitely a workout. I immediately could feel it all over and I’m sure the next couple of days I will continue to feel it.
Not surprisingly, I was the one out of the group of ladies I went with who fell in. Graceful is not my middle name! Along with face planting in the nasty water of the bay I also watched my ore sink, leaving me with nothing but my two strooooong arms to get me back to the dock. I’m just glad the seals weren’t in the mood for a snack at the time of my fall! This blog entre would have ended completely different.
Next time I would like to do this in clear water... possibly Fiji or something that is if I had my choice J
