Urban is a bar-slash- pizza joint with a really hip atmosphere. It’s a sister restaurant to Basic, from downtown. Urban is not really a happening place in the middle of the week but they say it picks up over the weekends. It was more of a place to take a date. It did have interesting cocktails which is always a plus. Guess which one i ordered!!?

Splash Wine Bar - Day 87
3:29 PM
The Splash Wine Bar was the new bar we tried for ladies night out. You can order a glass of wine, a bottle of wine, or put money on a card that you can use to buy samples. It’s like a credit card and you put it in the machine and it will deduct the cost of the sample and then dispenses about an ounce and a half of the wine of your choice into your glass. This is a neat concept, although I felt like an alcoholic because I kept finishing mine so fast and having to get up many times causing me to just want to stand at the damn’ machine. Personally I’m more of a whole bottle fan but it was a fun experience.
Dunk Tank - Day 85
2:58 PM
My friend works for a company called Drink City who was promoting a super bowl party at PB Ale house where they put on a halftime show involving a Dunk-Tank. The idea was to have girls volunteer to sit in the tank while the guys throw the football at the target which would drop us into the cold water, leaving us soaking wet for the remainder of the day…
I was first to go and even though I understood the concept I was still surprised when I hit the water! Minus being wet the rest of the second half and makeup running down my face, the dunk tank was awesome! Most unique thing I have done yet.

TYRST - Day 84
2:35 PM
You’d think with all the times I have been to Las Vegas I would have hit all the night clubs by now but this past trip was my first time at TRYST.
It was little bit of an older crowd but still really fun. AND they let me rock my gold pants ALLLLLL night!
The bottle service wasn’t as expensive as most clubs and the service itself was amazing; our table guard was the nicest person ever, not really sure what his job was other than babysit us and escort us to the restroom from time to time but, he was amazing and if I ever go back I’m requesting Zach every time and of course a request to the DJ for the ‘Dougie’!!!!!

The Bank - Day 83
12:28 PM
The Bank- A pretty cool club in Las Vegas, where they bring your bottles to the table in a bright blue diamond. The atmosphere was not bad, it didn’t feel overcrowded and, it was pretty fancy. They played mostly hip hop music on the night we were there but the drinks kept flowing and everyone seemed to have a good night. Rolling with 11 fun ladies made it a little impossible to not have fun!
Hunger Game Series - Day 82ish
12:20 PM
Along with my little brother, Mom and a few others I finished the Hunger Games series in about 3 weeks. I was addicted and could not put it down. Yup I ditch my friends, stop going out and partying on weekends to stay in and read at night; I’m a full blown reading nerd.
It was an easy read and a pretty cool little adventure. I can’t wait for the movies to come out!!!

Still Not Old Enough - Day 81
12:10 PM
I had my first Cigar this winter. I cut it, lit it and puffed it and HATED IT! Maybe I need to try a different flavor or something. I had to make my drinks a little stronger to was down the taste in my mouth.
I’m gonna leave Cigar smoking to boys!
And I Didn't Even Need Salt - Day 80
12:04 PM
Complete Vegan Meal was actually not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Personally I think my taste buds have change over the past few months and that’s why I can finally stand the taste of healthy things in my mouth. Don’t tangle my words I still think ALL VEGETABLES TASTE LIKE DIRT, they just don’t scare me as much as they use too! And I didn’t even need salt!
Snow Shoe's - Day 79
11:57 AM
Snow Shoeing was hilarious. It’s like wearing huge shoes (something I’m absolutely not use to) in the snow. I don’t fully understand how having bigger feet makes it easier to hike in the snow or why people would want to do it in the first place but it works and was fun… for the five minutes. Then I wanted back in the warm cabin. I guess I’m not cut out to be a snow bunny! Sorry boys!
Crystal Mountain - Day 78
11:50 AM
Crystal Mountain ski resort is in Washington and is the largest ski resort in the state. It is primarily a day-use area, with various dining locations, and multiple hotels AND IT'S COLD! Yep, my San Diegan body was freezing; luckily they have a fun little cabin bar that serves beer to keep you warm!
Rubik's Cube - Day 77
11:43 AM
Rubik's Cube is a 3-D mechanical puzzle invented in 1974. In a classic Rubik's Cube, each of the six faces is covered by nine stickers, each of one of six solid colors (white, red, blue, orange, green, and yellow). A pivot mechanism enables each face to turn independently, mixing up the colors. For the puzzle to be solved, each face must be all of one color… it’s very frustrating and only took me a few hours to learn. But about three days to fully fill confident in showing people my newly learned skill! GO TEAM PAIGE!
